Peace of Mind Properties focuses on providing affordable services to small to mid-sized condominium associations. We take the guess work out of attorney fees through our flat rate fee structure. We also assist associations with attorney fee recovery.

Developer Turnover—We provide full developer turnover representation including the following: representation at the turnover meeting, review of turnover documents, assistance with tax appeals and refuse rebates, corporate formation, development of budget and review of assessments, procure transition study, negotiate vendor services, and negotiate with developer for necessary repairs.

Assessment Collections—30 day notices are as low as $120 and include a full property and ownership search for any other litigation, liens, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. Our experienced attorneys also negotiate payment plans and draft payment agreements, liens, litigation to obtain possession of the unit pursuant to the Forcible Entry and Detainer Act. Litigation Avoidance—Avoid expensive litigation by allowing our attorneys to mediate conflicts within your condominium association.
